How to get my six pack back?
ok i had a six pack back when i was in 8th grade, in the 2007-2008. but when i enter high skool, i started 2 eat a lot of junk food, and eventually my six pack went away, i can still feel that its down there, its still hard, but i want it 2 show back again.
Wat r some good excercise 4 get it back? and people tell me i should start working out on biceps also.
I play soccer, & i have more muscle on my lower body that i do in my upper body, WAY MORE.
im 16 years old, i almost weight 160, and im not sure how tall am i. i know im taller than 5 ft, but i still dont reach 6 ft., but im going 2, im still growing.

First you have to really do some cardio. Jogging/running/swimming will burn the extra fat you have thus making the abdominals more visible. Then you can work on making your ab muscles bigger. I’m sure your school has a gym you can work out in. You can do crunches, leg lifts, ab machines etc to make your abs stronger but you have to get rid of the fat first.
