How long will it take to get results? I don't really care what the comments say or what the guy who put up the video says. I want to know truth…..Please?
well i guess if you repeat the exercises over and over again and do it every day then you may see results unless your fat then any excess fat will lay on top of any trace of a six pack making your abs look like more fat, my advise it do this when you have got rid of the layer of excess fat, which you can do simply by running or any Other cardio exercises.

You can maximize the tone and definition of your abdominals (also known as getting a 6 pack) by mainly lowering your body fat enough that the fat around your stomach area is low enough to show your abs. Results vary for each individual.
As always, diet and exercise are the key.
As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.
Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. Try some of the powerlifts such as squats and deadlifts. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.
You will need to shift and change your exercise to continually to get results. This is called muscle confusion.
By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.
This is just a start. Keep working out and eating right. You have your six-pack. It just needs to come out.

See, the thing about ab work outs in general is, they don't work. Well not by themselves at least. Most people don't realize that they probably already have a six pack, it's just underneath their fat. So the best way to get a six pack is to run your butt off, eat healthier, AND do ab work outs.
