How to get a six pack for a 14 year old male?
I’m a 130lbs, 5′4.5" male, 14 years old and I was wondering, what is a good 45 minute-1 hour ab workout that will get me abs in 6 weeks or less?
dude there is nothing complicated about it. just do a bunch of situps and crunches, like 150 a day. when you feel a burning in your abs, then it’s working

Sit ups.. Lots of sit ups.

Just go easy to start with..

Exercise and a healthy diet is key to a fit body. Lifting weights doing push ups ect. can really help a lot

Wow people never seem to get this.
Abs are 98% diet and 2% work out.
If you have any fat what so ever on your stomach (that doesn’t mean you have to be fat) then you aren’t going to get abs at all by just working out.
You have to change your whole lifestyle. You have to go on a hardcore diet.
You have to cut pretty much ALL fat out of your diet and you have to eat no more than 2000 calories a day and you have to do cardio and ab workouts. You also have to monitor your carb and protien intake.
It’s not something that is easy.
Some people have them naturaly and if you aren’t one of those people abs are VERY hard to get. The boys up there that say just do a lot of situps are the ones that have abs pretty much naturally.

dude if you want a six pack listen and listen well,
there is only 2 steps to getting a six pack
STOP EATING CHOCALATE, SODA, CHIPS, processed junk food for good, your body fat will drop before your eyes like u dont even believe and you will have a visible six pack
best ab exersises to do, ill tell you- decline situps, warrior twists, captins chair, and crunches thats all you need dude good luck
at 130 you need to gain body mass or your six pack wont look as good.
work out 4 days a week in conjuction to this
monday- back and biceps
tuesday-chest, shoulders,triceps
thursday-legs
friday=back and biceps
sat-chest, shoulders,triceps
FOLLOW THIS WITH a gram of protein per body weight you will get big and big fast
over the summer dude i was 118- 5′11 , i started eating good and getting a gram of protein per body weight and my body was growing fast
i am now 142′ 5′11, same body fat as i was in the summer
i was maxing 85 for 3 reps on bench, NOW I CAN DO 170 for 3
good luck dude

Not to be cocky, but when i was 8 years old. I would work-out for 1-2 hours on my abs, like doing sit ups, crunches, and all that new stuff these days. I got 4-pack in 1-2 months i recall. Maybe 2-3 for a six. Im 15 now and i still have them, but i don’t really work on them that much anymore.

Hi, im 14 also and about the same size and weight, but i have a six pack. Im 5′6" 130 lbs and ive had a six pack for a couple months. the easiest way to get get one( the way i got one) is to go on a diet, and eat lots of lean meat like turkey and fruits and veges. also try clenching your muscles when your not doing anything like watching tv or homework. Also do sit ups and crunches. Heres a great page that should help http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Six-Pack-Abs
It just takes practice.
