		<description>run 3 days a week because you need to lose body fat to be able to see that six pack. also you should do dumbell curls 3 times a week with the heaviest weights you can lift 5 times. do as many sets as you can untill you have muscle failure which means you cant lift the weight. also do 500 sit ups with a 30 lb dumbell on your chest 3 times a week.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
