How to get a six pack?


well depends on how fit you are. to really get that pack you need to do lots of cardio. By cardio I mean hard running like interval training or atleast 30-60mins. If you get your fat levels around 8-12% you'll start to see your abs without crunches.
For best results though, incorporate cardio atleast 4 days, and weight training with some crunches on 3 days.
