How to get a full defined six pack?

I am 17 and I am skinny and dont have any body fat over my stomach region or anywhere else really. I have a faint six pack and do lots of ab exercises but it doesnt seem to make my six pack anymore defined. Mainly my top abs are no fully developed either. I workout every other day lifting weights and such and was wondering what i can do to get a really good looking six pack. Any exercises or new ab workouts would be great suggestions.

If it’s faint, then that means you DO have a thin layer of body fat. I have the same issue.

Abs workouts won’t make them any less faint. They’ll make them bigger and stronger, but it’ll still be hard to see them.

If you want to burn off that layer of fat, you have two basic options: cardio or dieting.

Upping the amount of cardio you do would get that six pack to show. In fact, I know someone who does ONLY cardio (he does no abs exercises or dieting) and he has a six pack because he does so much. The best type for burning off fat is what we call variable or interval cardio. Basically you do different levels of resistance or speed for different durations of time. You might do a minute and a half at a moderate speed, a minute at a more intense speed, and keep repeating that for about 20 minutes.

The reason that this is more effective is because its intensity is higher than cardio at a steady pace. You burn more calories faster (when I do it for my bike, I burn calories twice as fast), and you metabolism stays faster throughout the day. What does this mean? It means that you’ll be burning more fat as the day goes on. It’s easy to find these workouts online with a search engine, and many experts say that they’re truly effective.

As for dieting, there are TONS of food diets out there on the internet. One basic suggestion they all have though is to NOT eat junk food or fast food. If you’re eating that often enough, then you’re not going to get your six pack.

If you want to develop your six pack and make it bigger though, try the Ab ripper x workout. It’s an intense ab workout that targets ALL your abs muscles. Doing hundreds of crunches will NOT affect all your abs. But this workout will!

You have more bodyfat than you think, otherwise you’d see your abs.

Your diet is the problem. You need to cut down your bodyfat by eating at a caloric deficit, and eventually your abs will show.

you need to build the muscle there and make it bigger. you need to eat more red meat and carbs. you will gain weight.. try some protein shakes. And you need to add weight when you work out to make the muscle bigger, start out small like 20 pounds to see what you can handle. Then when your abs are how you like them dont eat any carbs and stick to lean meats only and do cardio to slim that area out and your abs will pop right out :)
