		<description>Forget sit-ups. Sit up straight during the day and build the muscles around your stomach such as your chest and back. Make a tight stomach throughout the day and cut out most sugar from your diet. 

If you do that, you can start in April of 2008 and get that result for June of 2008.

Do not do sit ups. They are bad for your lower back. Do crunches instead. When doing crunches keep your lower back on the floor and do them SLOWLY. Do as many as you can. There is no universal number as to how many you need to do. Someone with a really healthy low-fat diet will have a six-pack without doing 1 sit-up, why?  Because everyone has those muscles it's just hiding behind fat.  Doing sit-up does not get rid of fat.
Get your diet in check and designate 6 days a week of 30-45 minutes of good intense cardio and you will get your sixpack.
