How long it takes to get a six-pack?

I’ve been in the gym for sometimes, this is my third week. I’m just wondering how long it takes for a six-pack. Anyone know?
I go to the gym like 3-4 times a week. I do mostly all exercises including cardio, crunches and triceps/biceps… I guess maybe my diet is a problem maybe.

I live about 3 minutes from the convenient store. It takes 10 seconds to walk to the back, another 12 to pick up the beer and walk to the cash register, 17 seconds to pay for it, 14 to start my car, and another 3 minutes to get back home. And then 7 seconds to sit down on the couch with my beer.
Total time to get a six pack = 7 minutes.

If you’re talking about abs, I’d say you could do it in about 6 weeks if you do several hundred crunches a day and you didn’t start out with a large keg for a stomach.

As long as you want it to. If you do crunches practically nonstop for the next week, you’ll probably get one. It just matters how much you want it. Do crunches at home too, not just at the gym.

    Depends on your fat content.

pretty much anyone with a ripped set of abs is less than 7% bodyfat.

It doesn’t really take much to have a ripped set of abs but if you have even half an inch of fat layered over em, they’re not gonna really show.

Join the Army and you’ll have one in 8 weeks. Look up what the military does for physical training and you might find a good workout for what you want.

It really depends on what kind of diet you eat, how many times a day you are eating and so on. Also, what kind of ab work are you doing? How many times a week are you working your abs? Plus, one of the most important things is how much sleep are you getting each night? People underestimate how important a good nights sleep is!
