If you are lean with low bodyfat it won't take long at all. But if you have a layer of fat covering your abs, you need to lose that fat before you'll have a visible six pack.

    It depends on how fit you. If you are already pretty fit it shouldn't take that long, but if you have a massive layer of fat over your stomach you have to work for months to just get the fat off.

    Depends on what your current condition is, and how hard you work at it. I've known guys that were muscular, went to the gym several times a week, and still took them many months to get good definition in their abs.

    It all depends how hard your willing to work.
    If you cut out fatty foods, and work on your abs daily.
    It wont be that hard for you.
    You also have to incorporate cardio into your routine.
    You could have the strongest abs but not see them because of a layer of fat covering them.
    The cardio will help you get rid of this fat.
    If you want t great ab workout along with many other workouts.

    How long depends on how over weight you are. Get on a low fat diet. Do all the sit ups you can do once a day with knees bent. You can go to a Gym and they can show you other exercises to help you. If you have weight to loose? Put on sweats and walk or run.
