how do you get a six pack for Teens before January 1st 2010?

my friend wants to get a six pack like me I had a six pack for so long I forgot how to get it I’m trying to help my friend get one just like me he already has a personal trainer on Mondays and Thursday on Saturday and Sundays he dose about 300 or more sit ups and dose about 30 or 35 minutes on the treadmill burning 200 or more calories He needs a better routine that guaranteed to get him that six pack on or before January 1st 2010 can anybody give me something that he is looking for. he is also 15 years old

    well if he has a personal trainer he pays for why doesn’t he ask him. he should always make sure his trainer is aware of his goals and the routine he is given is going to get him there.
