how do i get big biceps? how do i get a six pack?
i do almost daily workouts with weights and things anything else that i should be doing??
Push Ups Help Your Biceps And Your Upper Chest Look Good . And Sit Up Will Help Your Abs And Im Not Sure What This Other Exercise Is Called So I’l Just Explain Itt . Lay On Your Back Flat, Put Your two Feet Together And Try To Lift Them Up With Out Lifting Anything Else . And Everytime Lift Them A little Higher . for biceps, a lot of chin ups and a lot of high reps
for six pack you have to loose the fat first which means eat healthy and a lot of crunches

Well you should let ur muscles rest at least 48 hours because the way you get muscles is by breaking muscles (working out) and then leting those muscles recover (resting 48 hours) and also drinking protein shakes can help you get muscles too.

Cardio.. everybody have six pack under all the fat in the belly, and biceps , try to start with small weights but longer sets for example, carry 25pounds for 12 times and rep this 3 times. then walk for 5min but do it slow when you want your muscle big you do the excersice slow when you want to look skinny but ripped like bruce lee do it fast

if you want it big, do heavy weight with around 4-6 reps. if you want it cut and trim, do it lighter with more reps. eat protein and clean carbs (such as whole wheat bread) before and after a workout.
and i think you mean arms, not biceps. because biceps overall do nothing if you have tiny ass triceps. if you want your arms to look big and fill a shirt, you gotta work out biceps AND TRICEPS, without triceps, youre gonna have girl arms like zac effron

Cut out junk food. Eat only meats and veggies. Keep working outand lifting weights. It wont happen over night so just give it time.

You’ll have a nice body as long you watch out for greasy foods
And maybe those energy drink that arent bad
My brother drank them and he has a six pack now
You just have to make sure you dont drink them all the time

start dancing more and doing crunches, they work. eat heatlhy protein like peanut butter tofu beans etc etc…..eat a lot of calories etc…. eat a lot of ice cream and do exercise..eat ur veggies

six pack, use a yoga ball and eat very healthy, run alot too.
big biceps, just work at it every day and take some supplements from GMC, but stay on schedule. but honestly if you start working out you can never stop, or you’ll just feel like a failure and lose confidence.

eat & lift right (if you want to get bigger lift heavy but less reps) and the 6 pack wont come unless you run.
