how do i get abs ???im 13 is it even possible to get a six pack at 13?
so if i really want them should i get protien shakes and work out or work out without protien shakes??
it is. I'm 12 and i have one! just eat healthy and play sports. But it's mainly the sports you choose because I did gymnastics for 9 years and in those 9 years, I would practice 4 days a week for 3 hours and all we would do is condition (and do routines). I also do soccer, basketball, and track which is why I say it depends on the sport you do if you want to get a six pack but I mean it's possible if you do ANY sport but…I think you get my point! lol!

I've had a 6-pack since I was 12. Crunches, crunches, and more crunches, is all I have to say.

yea i had a 6 pack since i was 12 but thats was b/c of soccer and training, and now i have an 8 pack. Do cardio i.e running, crunches, situps, hanging leg raises, and avoid eating junk food as well as soda.
i dont use protien shakes, i get enough protein, but some of my friends use it, and they say it works well to build muscle

ye its possible, im 13 too and a few kids at my scool have abs. abs are soo hot. thanks for the nice answer to my question about if iwas pretty or not.
