		<description>i would recommend creating a suitable abdominal workout for your personal fitness level for example doing ab exercise's that works the stomach in 3 different areas/ways. and complete the exercise's 2-3 times a week.
if you do happen to have a high body fat % i would recommend 20-30 mins of cardiovascular training before completing the ab workout, i find that skipping is a great one. 

also the image link of the female with abs it not so attractive, i would go for the toned/shape approach not so much the building.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
