How do i get a six pack at home?
Im a 14 year old female btw, and maybe not a full on 6 pack but just really toned.
I really want a six pack but cant go to the gym or anything.
So i want to do it at home.
ALSO; men…?
Do you think women with 6 packs are hot?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

No matter how many exercises you do unless you have a low body fat % the abs will not show. Women have a higher body fat % than men which is why is it much easier for men to have 6 packs. Womens essential body fay is around 16% where as mens is less than 10%. For a female to have a 6 pack their body fat needs to be in the unhealthy range (unless you are full time athlete with athletic build)
For 99% of females 6 pack is not a healthy option

You can exercise at home and eat right and you will get a flat, toned stomach. Check out the resource link below for details on how to lose weight fast and get a flat toned belly. i would recommend creating a suitable abdominal workout for your personal fitness level for example doing ab exercise’s that works the stomach in 3 different areas/ways. and complete the exercise’s 2-3 times a week.
if you do happen to have a high body fat % i would recommend 20-30 mins of cardiovascular training before completing the ab workout, i find that skipping is a great one.
also the image link of the female with abs it not so attractive, i would go for the toned/shape approach not so much the building.
