How do I get a six pack and muscular arms fast?
I am a thirteen year old girl and I want to get a six pack and muscular arms fast (as said in the title). I know that I should eat healthy, do crunches, and lift weights. I am just wondering how much I should do each day and how long it would take. Thanks!
if you find out tell me! i’m asking the same thing! but my sister says she does 4 sit ups and 30 crunches a day and she has a six pack but… its not like she eats every day
