How do I get a deep six pack fast, What workout is the most strenuous?

according to scientists, the bicycle is the most effective ab exercise. I dont know why, you can look it up on youtube or wikipedia or something. Its where you lay on the floor, and life you legs up 45 degrees to 70 degrees, and bend your knees, and pretend your pedaling a bicycle, Make sure you life your back just a little. it shouldnt be strenuous on your back, so dont do that too much. YOu need to do a variety of exercises to really get a six pack.
Lay down and put like a 10 pound plate behind your head and hold it with your hands, and do sit ups. Like any other muscle, to make it more defined and bigger and stronger, you need resistence. This really helps for me.
Also, you need to work out your back to get a good six pack, it will be healthier and keep it there longer. Do lots of core work too, like planks, and side planks.
Also work your obliques, which involves any type of twisting while you work your abs. Also side planks help.
Eat lots of protein! especially right afteer your workout.
Oh and to also get a six pack, you need to eliminate the fat around your stomach, which is the hard part. So make sure you also do some cardio workouts. Everybody has a six pack, but the fat covers it. So do the workouts to make ur abs bigger and do the cardio to get rid of the fat.

make sure you dont only workout your abs, but other parts of your body too. especially squats and dead lifts because those, apparently, release endocrine chemicals, something like that haha im not a scientist, but it just helps build the most muscles.
make sure you also workout your lower abs
