How do i get a 6 pack in 3 weeks?
I am 12 years old and i need help getting a six pack i need suggestions on ab exercise and what to eat?
Some serious heavy weight lifting, eating very healthy, and exercise to your fullest…..but doing that would harm your body more than help it. You need to slow the pace down. No way in hell can you get a 6 abs at that age. Eat more green vegetables, drink milk, lessen the fats and junk foods intake. Exercises like crunches, push ups, sit ups, cardio, or sports, but don’t stress your muscles out. If you’re planning on weight lifting or doing dumbbells curls, do it around 2~3 times a week. Most important thing is to let your muscles rest and sleep 6~8 hours a day.

welll if ur fat impossible
but its hard ass hell
u just have to hit a hard 500-1000 calorie diet and also work out everyday
also ur 12 be a kid and also just dont eat to much u dont need one trust me it aint healthy for u to do that ur growin
