How can i get a six pack?
ok so this morning i look at myself in the mirror and i realize that i need a six pack. i am not fat or skinny just normal. but i also do martial arts.
any websites that can help me get a six pack?
any abs exorcise that i can do to get a six pack?
will a 6 pack slow me down on any sports?
what is the pros (positive) and the cons (negative) of having a 6 pack?

for exercises= do sit ups explosively if there is with medicine ball.
so do as fast as you can, but do put the head down to the ground each time.
alternatively hold up light weights up on your shoulder(with arm extended fully) and move to each side without twisting your body, it's hard to explain.
for web sites= just type abs training on google
positive= is women will beg for it
no negative so far, you just need to keep exercising, that may be a negative for lazy people.
having 6 packs will only have positive impacts on any sport.
just remember to develop muscles in balance as it's not good for body to exercise just one part of muscle.
(eg, you don't just focus on abs but soulder, arm, legs etc.., but adjust to how you want your body to turn out to be, I myself focus on shoulder,neck,abs, and little on legs for I want V shape body)
then I do swimming alternatively.

FIrst off there is no cons to haveing a 6 pack its sexy and gets you laid period
as for how to get it easy DONT EAT FAST FOOD or fatty foods in general if you can replace your meals with a buttload of tunas and chicken and turkey
do atleast 600 crunches…. straight… i can do it so you can too
and dont masterbate that messes with your hormones which makes it hard to get a 6 pack
PS no cheating steroids are bad for you ^^p

There is no con to having a 6 pack. It works everything. Get one, it will you with all sports.

everybody already has a six pack…its just not defined and fat is hiding it….the abdominals are muscles in the body…everyone has it…
to show it, do about an hour a day of cardio (running, jogging, biking, swimming, walking, etc) to burn fat, and also take your weight and multiply it by 12…thats how many calories you should eat each day
after you loose body fat, do some crunches and other core exercises to define the abs

Most of your liquor stores should be able to help you out with a six pack, but it's far more economical to buy in bulk!
