how can i get a six pack?
i want to get fit for this summer but i dont really know that much how i was thinking about just doing 200 sit ups a day, but i dont know if that would really work so i am going to ask you guys!
but doing all of that would really get me a six pack because i do have a kinda sort of little bit of a fat gut well thank you in advance for who every helps me in my goal to getting a six pack

Well you should defiantly do aerobic exercise and avoid juices, empty calories, and candy while eating healthy foods as well. This will help you loose any excess fat which will let your abs be visible. Doing situps is a great way to gain abdominal strength but you should not overdo it. Find out your limit and make a routine. EX. In the morning 100 situps, 2min rest, 60 situps, 2min rest 30 situps. if you do this every day or every other day you will get a six pack.
