How can i get a six pack?

Lose fat, gain muscle. Sit-ups, crunches, lift weights but make sure you tone evenly. There is nothing grosser than a guy who is flabby everywhere except one or two muscles.

You need money and a fake ID.
Edit: I’m kidding! These are jokes, they’re all jokes!
Any-hoo, eat right and exercise, my friend.

Eat more to gain muscle and exercise more, to lose the fat. Your abs are never going to show if you have a layer of fat over it, and if you don’t have that much lean body mass (muscle) right now, I’d say you’re overweight. (normal weight for a 5 foot 7 male - im assuming should be around 125-130, but that doesn’t account for muscle) Just do cardio (jogging) at like 70% effort for around 30 minutes 6 days a week. During the 2nd week increase the speed or time, and keep changing things up from week to week. You can even switch exercises to a stairclimber, or elliptical, as long as you burn a good number of calories and sweat a lot. (the reason for changing is because your body will adapt to the same workout and that means gaining muscle and losing weight! - but it also means you will have to change it up or you will "plateau."
The reason you’re supposed to eat more is because if you don’t eat enough for your body to get its nutrients (example:protein) then it will feed off your muscles, and actually make them smaller. To lose fat, you will have to have a calorie deficit, which means burn more calories than you consume. In other words, to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time is very hard, because you will have to do a ridiculous amount of exercise since you are eating more. You can do the zig zag method which is for 3 days of the week you eat less and exercise(cardio + light weight training) and next three days eat more and exercise (less cardio, more intense weight training). Most of the extra calories consumed during the muscle building cycle will go into building and strenghtening your muscles.
