		<description>&lt;b&gt;Have you ever ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Have you ever thought that your lower back is a part of your body and you should be able to support yourself with it, and if not then you shouldn't be doing abs and you should get a stronger back before you try it? I've played soccer all my life and we do six inches for minutes at a time, my back use to hurt but with repetition I don't feel a thing anymore.</description>

The reason being, is when you feel your abs burn, like really burn, and wake up the next day and your sore, it's a sign that your muscles have torn. Well Scientists have realized that they regrow, and regrow bigger (creating muscle) but to do this, you need 24 hours, so you need to rest. 

These truly do work, as I got *6 pack* but you have to rest and eat healthy!</description>
