Have you ever …
Have you ever thought that your lower back is a part of your body and you should be able to support yourself with it, and if not then you shouldn’t be doing abs and you should get a stronger back before you try it? I’ve played soccer all my life and we do six inches for minutes at a time, my back use to hurt but with repetition I don’t feel a thing anymore.

You are supposed to …
You are supposed to relax every other day. Like do it monday, relax tuesday.
The reason being, is when you feel your abs burn, like really burn, and wake up the next day and your sore, it’s a sign that your muscles have torn. Well Scientists have realized that they regrow, and regrow bigger (creating muscle) but to do this, you need 24 hours, so you need to rest.
These truly do work, as I got *6 pack* but you have to rest and eat healthy!

no other video on youtube for abdominal muscules is even half as good as this!!!! It took me 2 weeks or less by doing this routine everyday and really worked!!!! even promoted it to some friends :D. said their abs burned :D:D:D:D

1 tip Keith, when u put ur hands under ur doing leg raises and a few other things such as 6 inches or whatever it is a little easier than if they arent under there. It’s kind of cheating yourself out of a better workout. However Your routine is great and I will continue to use it = )

Hey, this video is awesome, I’m working it for about 2 months now, and I can confirm that it’s really working. There’s still looong way till real abs like yours, but I wont stop now
Now, is it just me, or the ”19.hoover” part is missing? English isn’t my native language, and I can’t find translation for this word

Well, everyother day, so start monday, rest tuesday, and do it agian on wednsday, and so on. (so skip thursday and do friday and so on.)
