what is the best way to achive a nice six pack abs ?
all my life i’m trying to get those abs, i think it’s sooo sexy!!!
is there a certain way to get those great six pack abs ?

Concentrate on losing/burning fat. When you lose fat you will achieve the toned look, look slimmer, leaner and overall better. You can try P90X , but P90X costs $125 and it takes 90 days for results. i can help!
Diet:
cut down on your meat if any go for lean cold cuts.
focus on non fat yogurts and skim milk and normal or 2% cheeses
eat your carbs earlier on in the day and eat a very high protein dinner around 6 or 7
exercise:
start by placing your feet turned out under something like the foot of a couch and lay back, straitening your legs as much as possible. Keep your feet between 1 and 2 feet apart under the couch or whatever youre using. put your arms over your chest and start to do sit-ups. You should feel this in your lower (very hard to reach!) stomach, it works great! Do the same thing with your feet turned conpletely in to work up higher then with them strait to work over top. If you twist side to side while your feet are turned out and youre sitting up and back it will work love handles and external obliques. Do this along with running and any kind knee lifts. (cardio knee lifts- tighten your stomach muscles and quickly bring your knee up towards the opposite shoulder in reps of say .. 15 then switch sides and repeat)
