What foods are not suitable if trying to get six pack abs at 14?
I am 14 and I am starting to see my six pack abs but I need to know what foods are not suitable whilst trying to get six packs. Please help me because do not want to eat the wrong foods and not get six packs.
Make sure your taking in at least half a gram of protein per pound of body mass. As well avoid foods with high amounts of fat like candy and such. Eat fruits, lean meat, and carbs like pasta (in moderation, afterall your muscles still need energy which carbs provide).
Focus on exercises like bicycle crunches, Mason Twists, and leg lifts.
For a 6 pack (or even an 8 pack if your devoted enough) you need to do timed sets of exercises consisting on reps of 25 at a rapid pace to keep the muscles in a swollen state.

Anything that is overly processed (such as fast food, especially McDonalds). Junk food and anything fatty (like ice cream, though occasionally having it is okay).
Lots of fruits and veggies will get you that six pack
Make the right decisions when you eat. Tuna/fish are always good.
Just stay away from the obvious bad stuff.
