Is is necessary to do intense workout for six pack abs?
i already have 4 pack abs, how much time do i need to get six pack abs?
it is not necessary to have an intense work out to get six pack but what you need is a schedule and you will have to stick to that schedule.
for example: PLAN A: 100 crunches
50 pull ups
50 push ups
100 leg lifts
and you do PLAN A on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
PLAN B: biking for 1 hour
running 1 hour
walking 1 hour
and you do PLAN B on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Sunday is free for you
i hope that helped and good luck getting a six pack

Your problem sounds like fat hiding part of your abdominal muscles than a lack of muscle tone. If you were to lose some fat around your waist your six pack will become visible. Although check out the resource listed for a good article on getting the best possible results from your abs workout.

intense workout will give u really big abs with deep curves which is not attractive
get below 10% in body fat then u can still see the six pack without a workout.
