    The 4-pack is just part of you ab section. The rest will show up and become a six-pack as you get older so don’t worry.

    If you want to make the abs you have now and in future seriously good, read this…

    Train the muscles you have now with different kinds of sit ups. Google exercises like: v-ups, leg raises, ab leg scissors, pulse ups, mason twists, oblique v-ups. They are all exercises that work the abs in different directions. Make a list of ones you can do and try 20 each, one after the other. Then do that 3 to 5 days a week. More is better but no more than 5 days a week because they can only get bigger when you rest them after you train them.

    That will make the muscles super fit but if you want to see them, keep your bodyfat down by eating right (avoid fried stuff and too much candy, oh and avoid alcohol, that stuff will make you FAT). Just exercise loads, you’re young so your body can take it.

    One last thing say NO to any pills or potions that people or the tv or internet say can make you fitter, it’s ALL bull and a lot of it will hurt you. Exercise is all you ever need :-)
