		<description>Ok well for starters.. why the hell do you want/need a six pack? your 13 years old and from your height and weight i can already assume you probably havent started puberty yet and you are definitly not done growing. Why do you want one? so girls will like you? trust me dude i was 5' 2" my freshman year of highschool it sucked i was short and i know what its like but honestly getting a 6 pack wont help you just be yourself.. that sounds stupid to say but its the truth, even though i was short there were many girls shorter then me and i had a couple girlfriends freshman year.. 16 is when i really started working out. Now im like 6' 1" so its fine youl grow too.Anyway if you really want to do this which i highly dont recommend because its just stupid then let me tell you that the only thing thats going to get you a six pack is working out your abdomen, so I dont know how much badminton helps with that but if it doesn't work your abs your not going to get any growth. Same with the bike thats pretty much only working your heart and leg muscles... and curl ups are good for biceps and triceps but there not going to change anything in your abs.. you know that burn in your stomach you get when your doing sit ups? thats what you want. So 3/4 of that stuff wont really help your 6 pack at all. Try doing many many sit ups and anything that works your stomach area look up some ab workouts online. But yea I honestly dont think you should even worry about this stuff now, just relax and enjoy life while your not neck deep in homework go ride a bike or something or play some video games what ever you like doing. Girls will come in the future and your only in what? 8th grade you dont really date in 8th grade. 		<description>hey buddy, all you need to do really is 10 min ab workouts every night. You will get results soon. That four hour workout seems pretty intense, especially for your age. If you want a six pack, all you need to do is different ab workouts. heres my answer to a similar question 

Do 10 min. I am a swimmer, have a six pack, and that is what i do. I do 1 minute of continuous regular crunches, Then my legs go 90 degrees and 1 min. of that. then have your legs rest to one side of you for a min. then the other side. then criss cross your legs and do crunches for 1 min. have your legs stay flat on the ground and do pike ups, streamline your arms and reach for the sky. Then put your hands under your butt, and lift your legs 6 inches and hold for as long as possible(this is a toughy) Then lay on your stomach, hands on butt, and lift your torso off the ground the best you can. then one min. of situps and then one min of crunches, it will burn, but you will see results soon and get a six pack overtime.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
