Do you have to starve yourself to get six pack abs?

I’m just wondering it’s seems as though you can’t hardly eat anything even if you do do the cardio training and ab exercises.

Starving yourself forces the body to burn muscle & fat to stay alive. You lose muscle that way and get weaker. You just need to do a lot of situps, crunches, running/jogging, swimming etc to get toned like that.

Actually you should be eating more. Eat six small, healthy meals a day so your body continually burns calories (yes I know, sounds backwards but it’s true) and so your blood sugar doesn’t spike. Just instead of reaching for potato chips eat a handful of almonds, or fruit, or yogurt, or skinless grilled chicken breast etc. Keep your calorie count at a decent level and the fat should melt away eventually

Starving yourself isnt a good idea. Try eating healthy fruits/vegatables/meats. And do ab workouts regularly.

Doing activities will also help. Swimming, running, or just doing sports will help develop your muscles.

    NO!

Matter of fact you should be eating healthy when you’re losing weight. Starvation is only temporary. When you eat healthy natural foods you give your body the nutrients it needs.

You’re never going to get enough energy to do what it takes to get abs with starvation
