this week’s hard as …
this week’s hard as I got problems reaching the amount of push-ups.. like 120 total when doing 3 rounds. And problems getting enough pull-ups.. can get like only 5-8 per round. so I feel like this is not working for me as well as it could.. Otherwise Arnel does great workout programs, and has really got me into it as well!

hmmm I did just do normal situps every day, and then POP i got 8 pack…Duno how long i did this but almost a year i think. Its not easy to get 8 pack…AND THAT KID ON THE MOVIE IS DUMB -.-

Aim for 3-4 rounds for each superset (upper body to lower body)

i have an 8pack after bout 3 weeks of working out had 4 pack before started my qorkout is i get up early get solid 8 hous sleep 50-100 crunchies using couch 50 power pushups i use the ball and i do leg raises (20-40) and situps 10-30 and my armmuscle is muscular 2
