The workout seems perfect but don’t you think that it should be done way slower?? I mean, the effectiveness of any exercise higly depends on its tempo. Do you think that in this case it’s more beneficial for muscles to do exercises so quickly?

2 times per day is fine… It won’t do a lot more, but sure… This can be 1 set, and 2-3 sets is totally fine… Add cardio and good nutrition.
