lol ok 1 year i got …
lol ok 1 year i got 6 pack abs 13 years old- 14 years old, and their not the skinny cuts. all i did was basketball, swimteem, and a lot of working out at the gym and i got it, Pretty close to a 8 pack (swimteem helps the most, swimming hard works every single muscle in your body as long as you switch strokes)

I dont kno if its really genetical, since all muscle can be gain n lost but last year i had no abs i think i barely had a 2 pack but i worked extremely hard like almost passing out hard, makin my own workouts, n i got a 6 packs in 3 hrs. nobody believed me until i showed them. I trained 6 days a week for 2 n 1/2 hrs n now i have a 10 pack which took me a full year but what i think helped a lot was the trainin equipment i bought from MIR which was a 120 lbs vest, 36 lbs belt n a 45 lbs shorts

dude, thing is the number of “Abs” you ahve is purely genetic. some people have only six and others have 8 or 10 (ten is very rare)

To let you guys know something, it is possible to get ten pack abs. You have to work hard as for them though. I looked it up on google and saw some pics of a guy with like ten or twelev, but lets call it ten. Then I saw this human muscles body picture and it showed ten abdominals.
