I want my abs to be shown and to tone my body at 14 years old, how can I do that?

I am 14 years old, I am not fat, just chubby although I have been starting to do stair climbing, and weights and I have started to see the difference, for the first time in ma life my abs are starting to be a little shown, but I want to be able to get ripped abs and be able to see them properly. Also I want strong arms, but not over the top like a body builder who is extremely built, I want packs and muscles but to also look 14. Also the problem I have is my stomach and arms are starting to get toned but my legs and bum are massive, well my thighs and my legs are quite big and so is my bum, I want to know ways to make my legs skinnier or stronger perhaps and my bum smaller, I am a guy but still just doesn’t seem right having a big bum as a guy whos stomach is not that big. Please people read the whole thing and help me with all these problems, Thanks =D

im 14 about to be 15 and i don’t work out but i have abs,i guess its genetic cause my dad has em too and they look alrite for someone who doesnt work out but i want deeper cuts.like what are some work outs that can get me those huge abs like some other guys,ive seen guys with big ab muscles,how do they do that?help

Iv been working on my abs and their starting to come through but its just the whole abs but theres hardly any didvision between the six. Are there any exercises that will get them ripped and defined?

More or harder excercises at this point wont do it, so if you’re able to see them, start really clamping down on your diet. You”ll need to get to less than 8% bodyfat to bring out the definition.

Okkay guys can anyone tell me and truly intense abs workout to get some seriously ripped and noticable abs. My abs right now only show when i flex but i want them to always be there without trying. I also not just want them to have the 6 pack but to actually be strong. Do i have to work them out everyday or every other day. Can you also tell me things i should eat or just give me a diet plan to follow plzz?

you only need sufficient protein from the diet to get ripped abs, all you need to do is hard work, and whilst crunches and sit ups will help, you only get ripped abs if you have low body fat around your stomach so cardio plays a major role. Summer is almost here. So this means I have 3 months to get ripped. Im a 19 year old male around 140 5′9. I have some muscle under a thin layer of fat. I need a work out routine that will make me look ripped by summer time. I am open to diet plans and etc. I want to focus on my abs chest and arms. I want it to be a challenge. you need to train your muscles hard 4 - 6 times a week.. each muscle once a week
one week lift very heavy with 4 - 6 6 - 8 reps
then the next week lift light 10 - 12 reps.. the variety is good

if u have body fat to burn u need cardio 3 times a week for 30 mins.. but at 140 u do not have much fat to burn..

eat one gram of protein for each pound u weigh… and also train the abs everyother day for 5 - 10 mins…

chest you need flat bench press, incline bench press, u need deline dumbell press
pec deck machine, and say flys…
do 4 sets per exercise

arms.. u have to work the tricep hard.. as this makes up most of your arm.. so u need Skull crushers, rope pull downs, dips, tricep extension.. for the bicep u need chinups, standing bicep curls, sitting bicep curls….

(im a guy) i wanna know how to get my abs more defined. mostly the bottom pack. i run usually 30-45 mins a day. i play lacrosse. i do crunches w/ 25 and 10 lb weights. what else should i do to get more ripped abs.. also if drinking water and not eating much is an issue.. i can eat little.. its not hard for me.. thnx

Eat a good diet(get plenty of fiber in), drink nothing but water.
and get on a good exercise program. A few friends of mine made alot of progress on the p90x program, its hard work but worth it.

I want to get bigger overall. I’ve been working out and my biceps feel like they’re getting bigger, but I take Creatine, Protein, and eat a lot which I think helps me get bigger. Problem is, I know if I continue that diet I will also gain fat. I want ripped abs. Is there any way to workout so that I can achieve both goals? Feel free to suggest workouts. I want to look good this summer!

It hurts like hell the first couple of weeks - even if you are reasonably fit and active. The disks are expensive unless you can borrow them off a friend. You will also need either tension bands or weights but the results are worth it.
