I am 14 like I said. I want to be more sexy looking, in looks and body. So if you could please read on and Ill tell you a bit more.
In my entire life I have had three girlfriends which is not bad but I mean they were not exactly beautiful, the truth is there is this girl who I have liked for 3 years. For those 3 or so years, she has liked another guy who frankly looks like a beast loool and smokes, drinks everything at 14. I just dont get it and now I am like her best friend, but you know want abs and to have good looks so she knows that she can always come to me or you know I am an option.
Now to describe my looks, I am tanned (asian) , have brown eyes, I wear glasses, have never shaved my moustache so a bit of a bush now, I have a haircut of 2 on the sides and back and trim on the top, Quite clear skin and a little bit of baby fat on my face so please tell me what I can do to my looks.
Now for my body, I am 5′7. I have broad shoulders thansk to my dad. I have quite decent sized muscles. I am close to getting abs, I can see them sort of but I mean they are not there and I want them to be ripped, so please shed some light to me, Also I really want to lose weight on my legs and bum, fair enough I am almost getting abs but I have a big bum and thighs you know so how can I tone them.
Please it is a long question. But Please Help Me People

Okay, I am 13 years old. I am a guy. I am about average height. I am a lot fatter than average, but I am smaller than overweight. I want to lose weight and hopefully get ripped, as soon as possible.

My main (rational) goal is to have a flat stomach by August 19th, or the week after. My secondary (probably irrational) goal is to be ripped (have abs, big muscles, etc) by August 19th or the week after.

I want someone to tell me a good routine and good diet for me to reach either of my goals. And the kind of routine I’m talking about is typing something like:
"1. Sunday: do this for how many minutes, etc
2. Monday: do this for how many minutes, etc
3. Tuesday: do this for how many minutes, etc"
and so on.

I am unable to go to a gym, and I am unable to use any weights. Basically the only exercise equipment I have is a bike and a treadmill, and I would be quicker to do the treadmill than the bike.

Best answer goes to whoever gives the most well written response, most helpful details, and types the routine like I showed. Please help me, and thanks!

Actually it’s quite simple to achieve your goal:

First rule: eat a good breakfast every day: 2 sandwiches with chicken meat or cheese
1 glass of milk or yogurt or orange juice
or coffee or tea.
Also a good breakfast would be cereal with milk or yogurt without sugar.

Second: eat around noon: same as first rule.

Third: eat dinner at about 6 pm: some potatoes or pasta, veggies and some meat.

Fourth: in between eating: no snacks, no ice cream, just water or very low calorie drinks.

Fifth: when you don’t go too far from home: walk instead of driving or biking.

Sixth: Use the treadmill EVERY day for one half hour at least.

If you are asking how you can get your abs to show, then remember this important phrase. "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym." If you want your abs to show, then you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. This is all about your diet. You need to make sure that you aren’t eating too many calories. At the same time, you need to be sure that you are eating enough calories. If you dont’ get enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode. This will actually cause you to gain fat. Shoot for 1200-1500 calories a day, and after a couple of weeks, adjust your diet up or down, depending on what’s going on.

Once you get your diet squared away, start doing cardio. Shoot for 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week. This will accelerate the fat burning process.

Lastly, do a complete core workout, which works your upper and lower abs, your obliques, your transverse abdominals, and your lower back. This will make your abs really pop once you get the fat off of them.

i want to look thick and have a ripped six pack.. from what i heard you can only be lean or thick but i want to be thick and ripped what should i do.?..
Should I have a lot of calories?How much?

Getting a nice set of abs is such a misunderstood process. It’s actually a lot easier than most people think which is why most people are in a never ending quest to get that perfect six pack - it’s because they’re doing all the wrong things.

When you eat more calories than you burn, your body takes those extra calories and stores them as fat somewhere on your body. For some people, the #1 fat storage area is around the thighs and for others it might be around the stomach - it differs from person to person. Sometimes the fat is perfectly distributed around the body so it’s not as big of a concern.

If an excessive amount of fat is stored around your stomach, the reason that you’re not seeing your abs is because your body fat percentage is too high. What you need to do is create a calorie deficit (take in less calories than you burn) so that your body is forced to use its fat stores for energy. After a few weeks of doing this, you’ll notice that your abs will start to show.

Now you need to increase the amount of calories you burn by exercising more and decreasing the amount of calories you eat. Cut out junk food such as fast food, candy and sugar. You shouldn’t ignore targeting your abs with sit ups, leg raises and twists but doing hundreds of sit ups won’t do anything about the layer of fat that is covering them. im trying to work on getting a 6 pack abs and losing my belly fat and overall body fat as well
i started of by doing 100 sit ups each day but idk if thats too little or too much so any sujetions on how many crunches i should do?
also what are some other ab exersizes that can lose belly fat?
anything else i need to know to get 6 pack abs that i havnt mentioned would be very helpfull too

doing abwork is only half of what you need to be doing. that will get you the muscle, but if there’s a layer of fat covering it, you won’t be able to see how much muscle you have. make sure you do cardio to help get rid of the fat. that way you can see your abs better!!
also, the best ab workouts are things that work more than one area of your abs. try a google search for these exercises if you don’t know what they are:
-bicycle crunch
-double crunch
-plank

I am 14 years old, I am not fat, just chubby although I have been starting to do stair climbing, and weights and I have started to see the difference, for the first time in ma life my abs are starting to be a little shown, but I want to be able to get ripped abs and be able to see them properly. Also I want strong arms, but not over the top like a body builder who is extremely built, I want packs and muscles but to also look 14. Also the problem I have is my stomach and arms are starting to get toned but my legs and bum are massive, well my thighs and my legs are quite big and so is my bum, I want to know ways to make my legs skinnier or stronger perhaps and my bum smaller, I am a guy but still just doesn’t seem right having a big bum as a guy whos stomach is not that big. Please people read the whole thing and help me with all these problems, Thanks =D

im 14 about to be 15 and i don’t work out but i have abs,i guess its genetic cause my dad has em too and they look alrite for someone who doesnt work out but i want deeper cuts.like what are some work outs that can get me those huge abs like some other guys,ive seen guys with big ab muscles,how do they do that?help

Iv been working on my abs and their starting to come through but its just the whole abs but theres hardly any didvision between the six. Are there any exercises that will get them ripped and defined?

More or harder excercises at this point wont do it, so if you’re able to see them, start really clamping down on your diet. You”ll need to get to less than 8% bodyfat to bring out the definition.

Okkay guys can anyone tell me and truly intense abs workout to get some seriously ripped and noticable abs. My abs right now only show when i flex but i want them to always be there without trying. I also not just want them to have the 6 pack but to actually be strong. Do i have to work them out everyday or every other day. Can you also tell me things i should eat or just give me a diet plan to follow plzz?
