My abs don’t show as much as I want them too. :\?
Sunday, October 24th, 2010I’m already TERRIBLY skinny, I weigh 88lbs (5′1)..90+lbs after I eat..
I’m a 14 year old girl and I workout constantly..
Not too much cardio..only 30 minutes on the elliptical 3 days a week..
I mostly work on strength training and pilates..
Pilates is a KILLER workout on your abs..
I eat TONS of protein and carbs.. yet my stomach muscles are not defined as I want them to be..
How do I get abs like this..

…without actually having to lose weight?..I already look anorexic :\
I DONT EAT JUNK FOOD.
the only thing I have is a vanilla latte from DD’s every Sunday (with skim milk and 1 splenda)
I very rarely have junk.. but if it’s for a special occasion or i’m at someones house.. I might have to eat cause I don’t want to be rude
Alright. I don’t see any sense in getting abs at the age of 14, especially if you’re female, but I guess that’s just how we role these days. Abs are more of a man-only thing… many men get grossed out by it so if you’re just doing it to show off in front of your mates then I advise you not to. All this in mind, I don’t want to provide you with any misleading information in which you will over-do and stop yourself from growing. So basically, don’t do anything until you completely stop growing and are an adult, if you want to get abs after that then it’s your own choice, but for now… just stop.
Also, all your healthy diets are not just going to stress you out, but also play a major role in your disability to grow your full height. Being so skinny is not healthy and if you have a little layer of fat covering it you’re just going to have to lose more weight - which is a no-no. Indeed, you can exercise to keep healthy internally but you shouldn’t over-do it at your WEIGHT, AGE and HEIGHT otherwise you will regret it in the future.
