How many pushups and situps should i do each day to get toned? Like a six-pack and pecs?

Doing pushups and situps will not get you pecs or a six pack. They will strengthen your pecs and abdominus rectus muscles, respectively. However, your body will fairly quickly adapt to these exercises, and the muscles will stop growing; they will simply gain more endurance.
To get your pecs to grow, you will need to increase the resistance. This can be done by either adding weight or by lifting your feet. Eventually, this will not be enough.
To get your muscles to grow significantly, you will need to do some weight training. Also, your body has mechanisms to prevent any muscle group from growing out of proportion to the rest. So, you can do all the chest exercises you want, your chest will only get so big. You’ll need to work out the rest of your body as well.
Situps work a fairly small muscle group that isn’t going to grow significantly in size. A six pack is not a result of making your abdominal muscles bigger, it’s a result of lowering the amount of fat that is between your abdominal muscles and your skin.
Getting a six pack is all about nutrition. What you eat is 90% of your fat burning.
