How do i get a six pack and big pecs in two months?

Ive got a end of the year pool party in two months. i would love to have a nice body by then. im 5 foot 7 and 135 pounds. im not fat at all and do have a pretty good amount of mouscle but i want more. How could i get a killer body in two months? Thank you!!

Im a 14 year old female btw, and maybe not a full on 6 pack but just really toned.

I really want a six pack but cant go to the gym or anything.
So i want to do it at home.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I do p90x ab ripper x every day except sunday

how long will it take to get six pack abs?

Your abdominal muscles are like any other muscle in the body. They need rest, doing p90x ab ripper x should be done every other day or maybe even 3 times a week. Also your diet must be in a good balance between protein, carbs, and fats. If you have any belly fat, youre not going to see results by just doing ab ripper x. You need some sort of intense cardio to burn the fats so you can see your abs which hide underneath the fat.

I saw results myself with running in the morning on an empty stomach, when you get home, have a protein shake or eggs(high in protein).

Another dieting tip is to eat more carbs in the morning than protein, and throughout the day limit your carb intake and increase your protein.

Lose fat, gain muscle. Sit-ups, crunches, lift weights but make sure you tone evenly. There is nothing grosser than a guy who is flabby everywhere except one or two muscles.

so im pretty skinny already!i gotta lil belly like just a lil one and i wanna know how can iget abs soon?what do ineed to do?does eating matter?if yes what do i eat?and what are the best workouts?

p90X ab ripper x will do it. quick. do it every other night though so your muscles have time to build themselves back because when you work out it tears them. do that and youll get a 6 pack in no time

I am 5′10” around 180 pounds and i have a stomach. I am not going to diet, all i need is for someone to give me a solid number.
well i just did a body fat test, i have 21 % body fat and my bmi is 26.3 when i should be between 18-24

sit ups alone will not give you a six pack. Having a six pack is a sign of having a low body fat percentage. You can have all the muscle in the world in your abdomen, but if your BMI is high, it’ll never show. You need a diet that’s low in fat, high in protein to cut away at the fat in your midsection if you want a six pack.
