NEED HELP WITH THIS STUBBORN FAT/BELLY FAT CAUSE I WANNA GET SIX PACK ABS :D?

Saturday, September 25th, 2010

Ok, so I went to a friends of mine for a swimming party/sleepover and he had six pack abs!
I have been working on ab exercises for about 3 weeks, but I just need to get this belly fat out of the way. I know you cannot target belly fat, so I took an exam/test on me and they said I have 15.25% body fat. To my understanding it takes 6%-8% body fat to actually see the abs. I have also been walking about everyday. So here are the questions I have to ask you:

1. Any way to get this 8 percent of body fat down, fast?
2. Any other exercises to help bring down the fat content?
3. How long does it take to bring down 8% body fat?

There is no way to do it fast. Do at least an hour of brisk aerobic exercise every day. Mix it up - do not always do the same aerobic exercises. Start swimming. Also do not always do the same abs exercises - do two or three different ones most days, doing 3 sets of 25 of each. Eat a healthy diet of at least 1500 calories. It will take several months to lose that much body fat.

is stretching good or bad for your abs if your working on a six pack?

Wednesday, September 15th, 2010

my friend who works out a lot told me that if your trying to get six pack abs, you shouldn’t stretch your abs after working out and you shouldn’t work on your core muscles only the exterior ones. This didn’t really sound correct to me do you guys know?

Stretching is only bad in one scenario. Static stretching (ie: stretching a muscle and holding it there for 20secs+) can make you up to 15% weaker, which is a big deal if you are say bench pressing. All you need to do before you work your abs is warm up. Stretching AFTER you workout is vital.

Stretching after working out your abs has the same effect as any other muscle. It clears away the lactic acid so you feel less sore the next day and therefore you can work out harder, more often.

And you need to work out ALL your core muscles to keep them balanced. Abs, Hip Flexors, Obliques and Lower Back** muscles all need to be worked to keep your posture in check and avoid injury.

And remember a 6-pack is 80% diet 20% exercise

How can I get my baby to have six pack abs?

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010

Ok this might seem kind of odd but here me out. Me and my ex wife go divorced a couple years ago but we each now have our own children from our new relationships. We originally met each other because we share the same friends, so we always run into each other. Well last week we were at our friends bday party and she made a nasty remark that my baby was looking FAT! How dare her

Well I’m going to show her who’s baby is best. In a few months we are going to be running into each other again and next time when I see her I want my baby to have six pack abs. I am tired of her thinking she is better than me, so I’m really going to stick it to her

So I am just wondering if this is possible and if it is then what is the best way to go about it. He is a little over 1 years old. I could maybe help him do sit ups or something. Obviously everything I would do would be extremely safe. Thank you

please tell me this is a joke

Concentrate on losing/burning fat. When you lose fat you will achieve the toned look, look slimmer, have your six pack abs, look leaner and overall better. You can try P90X , but P90X costs $125 and it takes 90 days for results. A better, faster and free program is the specialized fat burning program called the Fat X 12 fat burning workout and diet program. It’s a 12 day workout and diet plan you can cycle as many times a you want. The workout videos and diet are free on the Fat X 101 blog. It’s an awesome program to burn fat and tone up! Good luck!

open the door of the 7-11, go in to cooler section, take out 6-pack of your choice, and pay the Iranian guy at the counter (alternate plan: run out of store really fast and jump in getaway car)

Can’t get six pack abs! HELP!!?

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

I have been working my butt off for the last three months, doing 30 minutes of ab workout and 20 minutes of high intensity interval training (1 minute all out running, 1 minute jogging) on the treadmill. I lost interest in this routine as I couldn’t get any abs.
Now I do around 45min-1 hour of juggling a soccer ball, will this help in getting that elusive six pack?

Age: 19 Height:5′10 Weight: 152lbs Waist: 33 inches

Lift! That’s the best thing you should do! You can’t get a six pack by just running…you have to eat protein, do jacknifes, push ups. No juggling a soccer ball won’t help…your stomach should feel on fire when your working it right!

When trying to get six-pack abs, does gender make a difference on anything?

Wednesday, August 4th, 2010

Yes, girls have a harder time to get them because their stomach is designed to hold a baby so it can stretch more. Although it is still possible for girls to get a six pack you just have to work hard at it
