I just started yesterday. I do one day situps the next day leg raises, and repeat. I do 30min a day. How long does it take to see abs forming? In order to get a super six pack, can I still just do 30min a day at the same pace, or do I need to excersise longer for stronger results?
I’m not fat that is not the problem. I asked HOW LONG it takes. Just give me a time frame.
Just like other muscles, abdomen muscles also need to be built. So do the exercises.

After you feel you have gained enough muscle mass there .. its time for cutting season!
Start cutting. ‘Cutting’ means loosing body fat. You will need B.F. [body fat] as low as 10-14% for your abs to ‘pop’ out.
Since abdomen region is the primary region for fat storage by of the body, hence you NEED low B.F. %age!
If you want to know exactly how ‘much’ time is needed, it depends on many factors.
* How dedicated you are.
* How hard you train.
* What you eat.
* How much muscle mass is enough for you tyo make u smile with pride!!
* Above all .. genetics!
It may take you almost 1 year to pop out your abs if you are dedicated and you dont have high B.F. .. i.e. you have good genetics
it might take you 3 years if your genetics succkk !
