I want to know how to get a good looking body with nice chest, shoulders, and abs, but not get buffed up or get biceps, etc?
if you lift small weights but alot you will get toned up and cut if you do to many pushups your chest will pump up so dont do pushups just sit ups and lift small weights that will get your body cut and toned

In march I’m going swiming, so I have to get toned, I do have some ab muscles right now but I want really toned abs… What should I eat, what exercises and for how long (Less then ten minutes a day)
Same for legs.
Eat less fat
Do cardiovascular exercises jumping, jogging, running, cycling.
Avoid doing to much abdominals crunches.

I’ve had a this girl as one of my friends for about 4-5 years now. We’re pretty tight, hang out quite a bit. The way in which we hang out is kind of as if we’ve been dating for 5 years, although we really aren’t really dating (she’s just flirty, and we usually hang out just the two of us when we’re together).
The problem is i’m really looking for a bit more from her. She’s very attractive, and i’ve liked her on and off for the entirety of our friendship. She’s knows that i have liked her at points, and probably knows i do now. She really only liked me in a more than friends way at the beginning of our friendship. I’m looking for a relationship or anything (we’re both going to college in the fall (at different schools).
She seems to hook-up with lots of guys (just kiss), and i often hear about it, the problem is i want to be the story. I think of myself as pretty good looking (although she’s very good looking). She’s pretty flirty with me (as she is with lots of ppl however), but i just don’t know how to get her to feel the same way. Should i play hard to get, that seems to work sometimes, just any ideas would be great. Thanks

I have seen her look at my abs and stuff at times when i come out of the pool and stuff, but she usually avoids eye contact when we’re in proximity to each other.
I have never seen a friend turn into a girlfriend, NEVER. I’ve heard of it happening, but it only works when you leave for a long period of time and come back a new man. (New attitude, car, home, career). My advice is to use this friend to help you meet new women, you don’t come off as creepy to other girls if you hit on them and she’s with you! (You to your friend that is a girl: Wow, she’s really hot don’t you think? Friend that is girl: Yeah, she is! Hey, what’s your name?) Remember, girls love other hot girls!

So whenever I bend back, I can see a faint outline of my abs coming in. I would like it where I/you could see them without me bending back. I would like to see major abs when I flex normally. Any way I could do that? Any Tips? Anything. I have been eating healthy, and doing ab exercises. I’ve also been walking about 3 times a week 1.8 miles. But please understand I do have abs, show. But it’s hard to notice. Please don’t do the website, truth about abs, or please don’t do the home remedies page. I need ways for them to show, or a video on youtube, that will help me get them to show more. Thanks so much!

You can look up a video called 6 minute abs on youtube, it will kill you but you will get results. However one of the best ways to get cuts and keep them on your abs is to run a lot. Especially in fast, small, and many increments such as sprinting 400meters on a track about 5-6 times a day at about a minute speed. Or running 5 min miles about three times. As long as your running fast then your abs will feel it, and show it.

today i did some crunches, about 300-400 with my arms behind my head and legs straight in the air, then some to the side and things like that. will this help, and how long would it take till i c results? i really want my abs to show, and wanna no what i could do to make that happen
Crunches definitely work. If you do this many crunches continuously for about 4 weeks you will start to see results.

Just trying to get six pack. I will do a lot to get six pack. It’s gonna take me a while. And why is six pack so popular?
Takes time, and dicipline. Do crunches everyday, eat protein, do cardio, and you’ll have a six pack for the ladies to touch.

Ok I’m 17, 5ft7 and I weigh 145 pounds *unfortunatly it’s all fat weight so I look like I weigh around 180*. I watch my calorie intake everyday and have been drinking only water. Iv gone from 185-145 pounds this year just from watching what I eat but did no exersize so I have strech marks and I still look pretty large. If I do 150 crunches and about 100 situps and 50 pushups a day how long will it take to actually show improvement?

i want to get fit for this summer but i dont really know that much how i was thinking about just doing 200 sit ups a day, but i dont know if that would really work so i am going to ask you guys!
but doing all of that would really get me a six pack because i do have a kinda sort of little bit of a fat gut well thank you in advance for who every helps me in my goal to getting a six pack

i want to get abs and muscles fast..
If you don’t have any fat to work off first, the best way to get muscles fast is called Drop Sets.
Start off with you weights heavy do about 6 to 10 reps lower wight, do 6 to 10 reps, lower weight again do 6 to 10 reps with very little rest time in the middle.
Warning, if you are not already in pretty good physical shape this can cause a lot of strain to your muscles.
