How do I get semi-abs or just abs? (for teen girls)?

I’m 13 years old and I’ve had almost 3 years of martial arts training since i was nine then i stopped and its been a year and i use to have abs and stuff like that.So i was wondering what are some exercies of routines to build abs and muscles? plus how long do you think i should do the exercies? when should i do them? how many times a week too? plus please dont say im obsessed over my weight because i’m not i just want to have those muscles again and i need help.Don’t say go to the gym because my parents cant aford it.
I dont want to lose weight! i want to get fit! they are two complete different things!

i’m around your age (a little older, almost 15) and i got really flat abs with….

pilates!!!
pilates is the absolute best thing you can do for your core. it lengthens and strengthens your entire abdominal area. and the best part: you don’t need any equipment at all! of course, a mat and comfy clothes are nice, but not required. buy/rent some pilates dvds or books. forget about the gym.
i try to do some core work every day, even if it’s just a little bit here and there. on some days i do a more intense ab workout, with weights and a balance ball and stuff like that, but only 2-3 days a week. i don’t want a six pack; i just want to maintain the flat, strong stomach i’ve managed to get with pilates :) i eat pretty much whatever i want and my belly stays flat.
btw- i do sports like swimming, water polo, and running, and believe me: having strong abs has improved my athletic performance immensely. plus, pilates makes you so much more aware of your body, especially your posture, and it’s really good at giving you that sleek, strong dancer’s body, as opposed to a boxy, muscular, unfeminine look that you get from weightlifting or whatever.
oh, and also try YOGA!!! it’s good for more than just stretching :)

bro, anyone who can get a six pack in 6 weeks is on steroids or s@#t like that and the others are right if your BFI is over 10% it will take longer.

just do cardio at least 5 days a week and you will have them in prob 3-6 months

I am in high school. i really want a six pack to impress this girl i know. She is really nice and fun to be around. She allready likes me, but i want her to see that i have some muscle. We are going to the pool soon, and i keep stalling. wat is the fastest way to get a six pack. Like is there some kind of secret, or workout that will get me the abs i want? i dont care, as long as it doesnt involve me spending a whole lot of money. Please help me.

Fastest way to get a six-pack is to go to the soft drink aisle at Wally World and pick up one off the shelf.

Now, the best way to develop abdominal muscle definition is a two-step process that has no shortcuts, even though internet sites and comic book ads suggest otherwise.

Step one is to lose the fat that covers the muscles. The muscles are there, but if they’re covered over by cheeseburgers and french fries nobody will see them. Make sense? of course it does. Muscles need protein, so eat foods that are high in protein. If you eat fatty meats to get protein, you’ll just have that much more fat to get rid of, so stay away from the cheeseburgers. Think lean, get mean. Got it? Lean steak and fresh vegetable salad is a terrific combination. Just use a little lemon juice for salad dressing instead of pouring on the ranch or mayo. Also, drink lots and lots of water every day. About three quarts (QUARTS!) a day. That will help flush out the fatty stuff, and you’ll eat less because you won’t feel as hungry.

Step two is to exercise the muscles you want to develop. Curl ups and leg lifts will do the trick for your abs, but you can build muscle faster if you do hard physical labor. Once upon a time, young men could go work in a coal mine or sign aboard a sailing ship to find hard labor. These days you might join a volunteer group like Habitat for Humanity or get a job on a construction crew. Haul a few tons of building materials around for a few weeks and you’ll look like Atlas himself!

Step three of my two step process is don’t worry about it. If you’re worthwhile, your young lady will like you just the way you are.

How do i get a six pack?

so i tried running 1.5 miles one day 2.5 the other and then 3.5 the next my core hurts right now so im letting it rest, can somebody recommend other workouts to do?
im also gonna start bicycling 40 miles
p.s i have a darn layer of fat over my stomach but its not to much. Its the first day of July and i want to have before September or the First of September please! any meal plan or foods i should eat and not eat?

Push Ups, Sit Ups, Squats are some exercises you should do.

What exersises i need to do?? how can i get them?

What you should do is try doing yoga to stretch yourself out for exercises. crunches obviously… but make sure to rotate to different sides when you do it. ex: first you do a crunch like normal from the middle then the next time to the right, then to the left and so on. Running is another good idea. also you should drink lots of water for this boosts your metabolism.

Right now I have a little bit of pudge on my lower stomach (what girl doesnt tho XD) I’m 5"4 and 115-120 pounds. I’m 14 years old. How long will this take to get a 6 pack if I do 30 minutes of cardio, and *these are workout videos* 8 minute abs, 8 minute legs, and 8 minute arms :p

I’m almost 16 dude I’m 115 pounds I work out and I’m 5,9 and I look good as hell like a ripped dude cause my muscle shows I don’t have much fat at all which Is called a base block body If I worked up from here I could look better but Its good as It Is.

Take a pic of you’re abs and keep the pic, stay on you’re work out and then take another pic for every week and then go through the pics and see If It changes It should I did It I used to be a whimp now I’m strong

how do i get ripped abs fast? I’m going on holiday in four months and want to try hard to get ripped abs - how can I do it. I need to loose about a stone to loose the belly but need to improve the muscle

It can be done in 4 months, first of all eat a lot less to lose the far first and stick with a bike/treadmil (EVERY DAY). When the fat is gone, look on youtube for "6 pack fast" and there’s loads of vids on there. Don’t try to get abs with any fat on your belly, you’ll be wasting your time

Quickest way would be to go on a liquid diet and work out 24/7 but that is hard work and it isnt all that enticing just do heaps of ab work situps crunches and stuff and eat heaps of protein and low fats. Like at least 100 -200 situps every second day depending on how fat u r u should get a six pack in 2 months or so on a liquid diet prob 2 or 3 weeks

I really need strong abs for cheerleading and dance, and fast!! What are some tips and exercises i can do to get strong abs? And lose my belly fat. HELP!!

You will need to get a strong core. Running will also help since it pumps blood and works your endurance. Look around on Google for some ab workouts. I posted some websites below for you to check out. Also try looking at Youtube videos cause those also help :) Good luck! Also I find it easier to do it with someone else because it gets boring after a while. Plus, it also pushes you to keep up with each other :P
